SHIGEO FUKUDA HOMAGE POSTER

Playing With Perspective in the Style of the Visual Prankster

This school project explored the design principles and playful spirit of Shigeo Fukuda, a Japanese graphic designer famous for optical illusions and witty minimalism. The poster combined a brief visual history of Fukuda’s work with an interactive 3D element that changes the viewer’s experience based on perspective. This approach aimed to engage the audience actively, echoing Fukuda’s own use of visual surprises and layered meaning.
